I have done these:

3) Kill someone in the Hall of Heros
4) Win a random arena match while your character is drunk without disabling post processing effects (Never dip below lvl 3 drunk).
6) Have a killer dance party with Abbadon.
8) Interrupt a 1/4 cast time skill on an NPC with a non pasive interrupt (e.g. don't use shame, mistrust, clumsiness, etc).
9) Kill the entire invading char army in The Great Northern Wall mission solo.

12) Power Block a Power Attack or Power Shot.
Powerblock affects spells, not attack skills.

5) Use every skill in the game at least once.
I have come close, because I enjoy watching people rage losing to stupid synergies (and over a time period of 5+ years). However, I refuse to ever equip such a skill as Withdraw Hexes.

My addition would be carrying dshot on every class. I don't think I've done this on paragon, dervish, or assassin, but it would be hilarious.

A couple players in my guild have purposely catapulted our entire team in GvG. Also, once the opposing team tried to cata us and we pulled out, with their team still in cata zone. It was hilarious.

Should have obs'd it and made a youtube video called "Catapult Antics" with Surfing Bird music.

Hold the Hall of Heroes for 8 hours.

Win Forgotten Shrines with your opponent having no more than 5 points.

Defeat both opposing ganking teams on Courtyard or the Hall of Heroes.

"Underminding, Undershminding"
Win a HA match with at least one disconnected member.

"12% Morale"
Defeat Zaishen under 10 seconds.

"Just...a...little....more..."
Survive a spike with no more than 10 health.

"Take Your Trim Somewhere Else"
Defeat a gold trimmed guild in any HA map.

"Hero on Hero"
Defeat someone in a 1v1 in the Hall of Heroes.

"Self Defeating"
Fail to complete an EoE bomb and wipe.

"Frawress Rictory"
Achieve "Flawless Victory" on every map to the Hall of Heroes.

"Ninja"
On Fetid River, kill the opposing priest without taking any damage from the enemy team.

"Redrumway"
Get a flawless victory with a randomway team.

"Push Until the End"
On any arena, win a match with all members dying at least once.

"NoMyWAY"
Defeat an "IWAY!" team under 5 minutes.

I'll think of others for something else later.
